PH1900 | 脱蜡液/浸蜡脱蜡透明液（环保型） Dipping pafaffin and dewaxing solution（Eco-friendly)

标本经固定、脱水后需经透明方可浸蜡，标本浸蜡后方可包埋、切片，切片染色前需经脱蜡水化。处理透明、浸蜡、脱蜡的液体称为浸蜡脱蜡透明液。

环保浸蜡脱蜡透明液又称组织透明剂、脱蜡透明剂、脱蜡透明液等，是一种专门为组织病理学和细胞学样本处理开发的无色无味、挥发速率低、具有生物降解性的有机溶剂，不含芳香族化合物，是一种较理想的环保型透明剂，可取代组织制片过程中的二jia苯。

石蜡是一种有机化合物，根据相似相溶原理环保透明剂可对组织样本进行透明，有利于浸蜡，也可溶解组织中的石蜡从而起到脱蜡作用，该试剂在使用中对仪器无腐蚀性，是一种使用效果较佳的绿色环保型产品，可大大改善实验工作环境，保障工作人员的身心健康，主要用于浸蜡组织样本处理及脱蜡、透明以及细胞学制片的透明。

样本要求：无论用于组织浸蜡还是染色后的透明，均应充分脱水后才可使用。

适用于标本包埋前的透明浸蜡、切片染色前的脱蜡和染色后封片前的透明。
浸蜡脱蜡透明液（环保型）：主要成分为异构烷烃。


【使用方法】 将脱水充分的组织块或染色前的切片浸入浸蜡脱蜡透明液中，视组织块大小透明1～4小时，为透明彻底，可分为两步进行；如是切片视切片厚薄脱蜡10～30分钟不等。

常温运输与保存，有效期36个月，开封后12个月内使用完。


After fixation and dehydration, the specimen must be transparent before soaking in wax. After soaking in wax, the specimen can be embedded and sectioned. Sections need to be dewaxed and hydrated before staining. The liquid that deals with transparency, dipping and dewaxing is called dipping and dewaxing transparent liquid.

Immerse the fully dehydrated tissue block or the pre-stained section in the dipping wax and dewaxing transparent solution, depending on the size of the tissue block, it will be transparent for 1 to 4 hours. If it is completely transparent, it can be divided into two steps;
In the case of slices, dewaxing varies from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the slices.
