检验原理：

酵母浸出粉、蛋白胨、酸蛋白水解物提供氮源、维生素、生长因子；葡萄糖、为可发酵糖类；可溶性淀粉可以吸收菌在复苏过程产生的有害物质；丙酮酸钠可增强细菌的复苏。磷酸氢二钾为酸碱缓冲剂；无水硫酸镁提供二价阳离子；琼脂为凝固剂。

用法：

称取本品18.18g,加热溶解于1000ml纯化水中,分装三角瓶,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。

注：培养基中有少量淀粉和硫酸镁，灭菌后可能会有微量沉淀。

Principle of the test:

Yeast extract powder, peptone and acid protein hydrolysate provide nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; glucose is a fermentable sugar; soluble starch can absorb harmful substances produced by bacteria during the revival process; sodium pyruvate can enhance the revival of bacteria. Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate serves as a buffer for acid and alkali; anhydrous magnesium sulfate provides divalent cations; agar is a gelling agent.

Usage:

Weigh 18.18g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml of purified water, transfer it into triangular flasks, sterilize at 121℃ under high pressure for 15 minutes, and keep it ready for use.

Note: The medium contains a small amount of starch and magnesium sulfate. After sterilization, there may be a trace amount of sediment.
