用途：用于药品、生物制品无菌检测，检测好氧菌和厌氧菌（中国药典）。

用法：

称取本品29.25g，加热搅拌溶解于1000mL纯化水中，分装适宜容器，其装量与容器高度的比例应符合培养结束后培养基氧化层（粉红色）不超过培养基深度的1/2。121℃高压灭菌15分钟迅速冷却。在供试品接种前，培养基氧化层高度不得超过培养基深度的1/3。否则，须经100℃水浴加热至粉红色消失（不得超过20分钟），迅速冷却，只限加热一次，并应防止被污染。

Usage:

Weigh 29.25g of this product, heat and stir to dissolve in 1000mL of purified water, and then divide into appropriate containers. The ratio of the volume filled to the height of the container should be such that the oxidized layer (pink) of the medium does not exceed half the depth of the medium after the culture ends. Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes and cool rapidly. Before inoculating the test sample, the height of the oxidized layer of the medium should not exceed one-third of the depth of the medium. Otherwise, heat in a 100℃ water bath until the pink color disappears (not exceeding 20 minutes), cool rapidly, and only heat once. Also, prevent contamination.
