核酸酶/核酸清除剂主要用来清除实验器具表面核酸酶/核酸。它含有数种清除成份，可以有效的清除包括操作台，玻璃表面，塑料表面等处的核酸酶/核酸污染。


【注】
1.核酸酶/核酸清除剂环境温度低时可能会析出浑浊或者沉淀，可在37℃水浴加热几分钟，即可恢复澄清， 不要剧烈摇晃，以免形成过量的泡沫。
2.核酸酶/核酸清除剂有轻微腐蚀性，操作时候应该戴手套，并且避免用于某些易腐蚀的金属表面。


使用方法


1、塑料和玻璃容器

加入足够核酸酶/核酸清除剂到容器中，使所有的待处理容器表面都充分接触到核酸酶/核酸清除剂（可以倾斜，颠倒或者抓着容器打旋转来帮助待处理表面都接触到核酸酶/核酸清除剂，如果是离心管，可以涡旋振荡1分钟），5-10分钟后，弃去核酸酶/核酸清除剂，用灭菌水/DEPC 处理水充分淋洗后晾干（注意 RNA 提取时候应该使用 DEPC 处理后RNase free水淋洗，避免使用RNase污染的水淋洗或者操作不慎引入二次污染）。


2、工作台面


直接将核酸酶/核酸清除剂洒在工作台面并用纸巾擦拭均匀，5-10分钟后用干净纸巾擦去表面核酸酶/核酸清除剂，然后用灭菌水淋洗后，用新的干净纸巾擦干。


3、实验设备


将核酸酶/核酸清除剂小心倒在纸巾上，用润湿了核酸酶/核酸清除剂的纸巾擦洗实验设备表面（小的实验设备部件可以短暂浸泡在核酸酶/核酸清除剂），5-10分钟后用干净纸巾擦去表面核酸酶/核酸清除剂，然后用灭菌水淋洗后，自然风干或者用新的干净纸巾擦干。

Nuclease/nucleic acid scavengers are mainly used to remove nucleases/nucleic acids from the surface of labware. It contains several cleaning components that can effectively remove nuclease/nucleic acid contamination including workbenches, glass surfaces, plastic surfaces, etc.


【Note】
1. When the ambient temperature of nuclease/nucleic acid scavenger is low, turbidity or precipitation may be precipitated. It can be heated in a 37°C water bath for a few minutes to restore clarification. Do not shake vigorously to avoid excessive foam formation.
2. Nuclease/nucleic acid scavenger is slightly corrosive, gloves should be worn during operation, and it should be avoided for certain corrosive metal surfaces.




Instructions

1. Plastic and glass containers

Add enough nuclease/nucleic acid scavenger to the container so that all surfaces of the container to be treated are fully exposed to the nuclease/nucleic acid scavenger (can be tilted, inverted or rotated by holding the container to help the surface to be treated come into contact with the nuclease / Nucleic acid scavenger, if it is a centrifuge tube, you can vortex for 1 minute), after 5-10 minutes, discard the nuclease/nucleic acid scavenger, rinse thoroughly with sterile water/DEPC-treated water, and then dry (pay attention to RNA During extraction, RNase-free water should be used after DEPC treatment to avoid using RNase-contaminated water for rinsing or inadvertent operation to introduce secondary pollution).

2. Work surface

Sprinkle the nuclease/nucleic acid scavenger directly on the work surface and wipe it evenly with a paper towel. After 5-10 minutes, wipe off the surface nuclease/nucleic acid scavenger with a clean paper towel, rinse with sterile water, and wipe with a new clean paper towel Dry.

3. Experimental equipment

Carefully pour the nuclease/nucleic acid scavenger onto a paper towel, and wipe the surface of the experimental equipment with a paper towel moistened with the nuclease/nucleic acid scavenger (small experimental equipment parts can be briefly soaked in the nuclease/nucleic acid scavenger), 5-10 After 10 minutes, wipe off the surface nuclease/nucleic acid scavenger with a clean paper towel, rinse with sterile water, and dry naturally or dry with a new clean paper towel.
