电导率校准溶液用于校正电导率仪的准确性。电导率仪的精度高,但是随着使用时间的延长,检测结果会发生偏移,因此在使用期间,应定期对检测仪进行校正。

校准液不污染的前提下,可以重复使用。保质期12个月,开盖后尽量在半年内使用完。

校准使用方法:

将电导率仪电极用纯净水洗干净(2-3次),然后将电极浸入校准液中,将仪器的电导率值调到跟校准液一样的值即可。

The conductivity calibration solution is used to calibrate the accuracy of the conductivity meter. The accuracy of the conductivity meter is high, but with the extension of use time, the test results will shift, so the tester should be calibrated regularly during use.

Certified reference materials (CRMs) for elemental analysis and wet chemistry applications are formulated to strict regulatory standards for a range of downstream applications. Conductivity standards, for instance, can be used to calibrate electrochemical sensors or to assist with conductivity detection in ion-exchange chromatography (IEC). 

Many sample preparation reagents use water as a primary material as it has a known theoretical conductivity of 18.2 megohms at 25°C. In reality, this value fluctuates and is almost never achievable in the presence of carbon dioxide (CO2), which is difficult to eliminate from working environments unless the water is handled in a cleanroom. Additionally, it is not uncommon for leachable elements from containers to contaminate reagent-grade water at the sub-parts per billion (ppb) range. Further still, it is impossible to tell that your water is pure from conductivity measurements alone as they do not account for non-ionized contaminants.
