微有特殊气味,具强烈的涩味,露置光和空气中色变深。溶于水,易溶乙醇、丙酮和甘油,几乎不溶于乙醚、苯、氯仿和石油醚。微有特殊气味,具强烈的涩味。
淡黄色无定型粉末或松散有光泽的鳞片状或海绵状固体,在210-215℃时大部分分解为焦性没食子酸和二氧化碳。1g溶于0.35ml水、1ml热甘油。无臭,可燃。遇清蛋白、淀粉、明胶及许多生物碱和金属盐类产生沉淀,遇铁盐也产生黑色或沉淀。自燃点526.6℃;半数致死量(兔,经口)5.0g/kg。
单宁不是单一的化合物,化学组成比较复杂,大致可分两种:
①缩合单宁,是黄烷醇簿生物,分子中黄烷醇的2位通过碳-碳键与儿茶酚或苯三酚结合。
②可水解单宁,分子中具有酯键,是葡萄糖的没食子酸酯。后一种是常用的单宁。由我国五倍子得到单宁含葡萄糖约12%,由土耳基五倍子得到的单宁含葡萄糖约16.5%。
产品用途:
铍、铝、镓、铟、铌、钽和锆的沉淀和重量测定。铜、铁、钒、铈和钴的比定测定。蛋白质及生物碱的沉淀剂。钼酸铵滴定铅时的外指示剂。染料媒染剂。
通过与金属铁反应合成单宁酸铁络合物。基因组和质粒DNA制备中的脱蛋白剂。作为金属纳米颗粒合成中的还原剂。
Product Introduction
Slightly special smell, strong astringency, exposure to light and deep color change in the air. Soluble in water, easily soluble in ethanol, acetone and glycerol, almost insoluble in ether, benzene, chloroform and petroleum ether. Slightly special smell and strong astringency.
Pale yellow amorphous powder or loose shiny scaly or spongy solid, which is mostly decomposed into pyrogallic acid and carbon dioxide at 210-215℃. 1g is dissolved in 0.35ml water and 1ml hot glycerin. It is odorless and flammable. When exposed to albumin, starch, gelatin, and many alkaloids and metal salts, they precipitate, and when exposed to iron salts, they also produce black or precipitate. Autoignition point 526.6℃; The median lethal dose (LD) (rabbit, oral) was 5.0g/kg.
Tannin is not a single compound, but its chemical composition is complex and can be roughly divided into two types:
(1) condensed tannin is flavanol, and the 2-position of flavanol in the molecule is combined with catechol or phloroglucinol through carbon-carbon bond.
② Hydrolyzable tannin, with ester bond in its molecule, is gallic acid ester of glucose. The latter is commonly used tannin. Tannin from Chinese gallnut contains about 12% glucose, and tannin from Turkish gallnut contains about 16.5% glucose.

Iron tannin complex was synthesized by reaction with metallic iron. Deproteins in the preparation of genome and plasmid DNA. As a reducing agent in the synthesis of metal nanoparticles.
