TBS即Tris Buffered Saline。TBS (Tris Buffered Saline)，中文名为Tris缓冲盐溶液、Tris盐缓冲液、TBS缓冲液，是生物学中常用的缓冲液，广泛用于Western、免疫组化、免疫沉淀、免疫共沉淀、ELISA等实验中洗涤缓冲液或封闭液等的配制。TBS由Tris-HCl构成稳定的pH缓冲体系，由NaCl提供等渗条件。

①TBS (1X)中含20mM Tris、0.137M NaCl，pH7.6±0.1 (25℃)。
②TBS (10X)中含200mM Tris、1.37M NaCl，pH7.6±0.1 (25℃)。
TBS (10X)是10倍浓缩液，使用时须用蒸馏水或去离子水溶解配制成1X后使用。例如配制1L TBS (1X)，取100ml TBS (10X)加入900ml去离子水混匀即可。
③TBS (20X)中含400mM Tris、2.74M NaCl，pH7.6±0.1 (25℃)。
TBS (20X)是20倍浓缩液，使用时须用蒸馏水或去离子水溶解配制成1X后使用。例如配制1L TBS (1X)，取50ml TBS (20X)加入950ml去离子水混匀即可。

保存条件：
常温运输与保存，有效期12个月。

注意事项：
在低温情况下可能会产生沉淀。如果发现有沉淀产生，可以在水浴温育至沉淀全部溶解后再使用。
使用时用蒸馏水或去离子水稀释至1X，开盖后尽快使用。

TBS is Tris Buffered Saline. Tris Buffered Saline (TBS), named Tris buffered saline solution, Tris buffered saline solution and TBS buffer solution in Chinese, is a commonly used buffer solution in biology, widely used in Western, immunohistochemical, immunoprecipitation, immunoco-precipitation, ELISA and other experiments to prepare washing buffer or sealing solution. TBS is composed of Tris-HCl to form a stable pH buffer system, and NaCl provides isotonic conditions.

①TBS (10X) contains 20mM Tris, 0.137M NaCl, pH7.6±0.1 (25℃).
②TBS (10X) contains 200mM Tris, 1.37M NaCl, pH7.6±0.1 (25℃).
TBS (10X) is a 10-fold concentrated liquid that must be dissolved in distilled or deionized water to form 1X before use. For example, to prepare 1L TBS (1X), take 100ml TBS (10X) and add 900ml deionized water to mix.
③TBS (20X) contains 400mM Tris, 2.74M NaCl, pH7.6±0.1 (25℃).
TBS (20X) is 20 times more concentrated liquid and must be dissolved in distilled or deionized water to form 1X before use. For example, to prepare 1L TBS (1X), take 50ml TBS (20X) and mix it with 950ml deionized water.

Storage conditions:
Transport and storage at room temperature, valid for 12 months.

Note:
Precipitation may occur at low temperatures. If precipitation is found, it can be warmed in a water bath until all the precipitation is dissolved before use.
Dilute with distilled or deionized water to 1X when using, and use as soon as possible after opening the lid.
