卡那霉素(Kanamycin)是一种从Streptomyces Kanamyceticus中分离出来的氨基糖酐类抗生素。在分子生物学中，卡那霉素常被作用一种蛋白质合成的抑制剂，用于筛选具有卡那霉素抗性基因的克隆。临床上，卡那霉素用于治疗多种细菌的感染，如大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、结核杆菌等。Phygene Amphotericin B solution主要作为卡那霉素耐药基因的筛选标记使用，为无菌溶液，不用于临床。松弛型质粒工作浓度为50μg/ml。

使用参考

Kanamycin is an aminoglycan antibiotic isolated from Streptomyces kanamyceticus. In molecular biology, kanamycin is often used as an inhibitor of protein synthesis to screen clones with kanamycin resistance genes. Clinically, kanamycin is used to treat a variety of bacterial infections, such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and so on. Kanamycine H2SO4 Solution (10mg/ml) is composed of kanamycin sulfate dissolved in water. It can be directly added to the culture medium after 0.22 um filtration. The general working concentration is 10-50 ug/ml. The tight plasmid is usually 10 ug/ml and the relaxation plasmid is 50 ug/ml.


Usage method:
According to the specific requirements of the experiment, the final concentration of kanamycin in LB is 10-50 ug/ml. 10 mg/ml Kan solution can be added roughly according to the volume of 1/1000 LB, such as 100 ml Kanamycin sulfate solution in 100 ml LB.
