眼球组织结构特殊，眼球壁各层组织软硬程度相差悬殊，且各层次间连接性差，用常规石蜡切片方法制作眼球切片在固定脱水等过程中易造成眼球变形，球壁各层次结构分离，我们在常规方法基础上进行技术改进的固定液可以完整的保存眼球结构，有效防止视网膜脱落，碎裂。
操作说明：
将新鲜的眼球组织取下后放入眼球固定液中固定24h以上，固定液体积以完全浸没眼球且眼球能自由移动为准。
保存条件: 常温运输，2-8℃保存，一年有效
