病毒保存液(非灭活型) Virus Sample Stabilization Solution (non-inactivated)在平衡盐溶液基础上，添加了BSA(牛血清白蛋白)等病毒所需的营养成分，可在较宽的温度范围内维持病毒的活性，最大程度保持样本的原始性，可以用于病毒的核酸提取检测、病毒的培养和分离。不含裂解液，可保持病原体的活性与完整性，可用于病毒培养分离。

病毒保存液(灭活型) Virus Sample Stabilization Solution (inactivated) 以胍盐和活性剂配制而成，通过将采集到的样本与病毒核酸保存液进行充分混合，可瞬间裂解病原体释放核酸，保护液可防止核酸被降解，但使蛋白失去活性，有效保证样本中的病毒核酸完整性和实验操作人员的安全，采集后的标本能够在常温条件下运输和长期保存。

以上两种病毒保存液保存的病毒RNA样本可广泛应用于基因检测、酶联免疫法检测(ELISA)、PCR检测等。


非灭活款：常温运输与保存，采样后应在2-8℃以下48小时内运送至实验室，或-70℃保存。

灭活款：常温运输与保存，采样后2-8℃下长期保存，常温条件下可保存30天。


病毒保存液可用于科研目的的新冠病毒、流感、禽流感、手足口病、麻疹等鼻咽部病原体标本采集、保存及运送。

The protein is inactive, which effectively ensures the integrity of the viral nucleic acid in the sample and the safety of the experimental operators. The collected samples can be transported and stored for a long time under normal temperature conditions.
