用途:用于大肠菌群的固体平板检测。

用法：称取本品41.5g,加热溶解于1000ml 蒸馏水中,煮沸不要超过2分钟。取适宜稀释度样品液 1ml,加入到无菌平皿中心,将冷至45±0.5℃的VRBA 10-15ml倾注于平皿中。小心旋转平皿将培养基与样液充分混匀。凝固后，再加3-4ml VRBA 覆盖平板表层 ,翻转平板 ,置于36±1℃培养18-24小时。无需高压灭菌。临用时制备,不得超过3小时。

检验原理：
蛋白胨和酵母浸粉提供碳氮源、维生素、生长因子和辅酶等其他营养物质；氯化钠维持均衡的渗透；乳糖为可发酵碳水化合物，可作为一种能量来源；3 号胆盐和结晶紫可抑制革兰氏阳性菌的生长；中性红为指示剂；琼脂是培养基的凝固剂。

保存条件和保质期：
干粉培养基在5-30°C 下干燥保存，其保质期为三年。
制备好的培养基须在2-8°C 干燥保存。

注意事项：
本品仅限于实验室使用。
干粉培养基出现过期、结块或变色，请勿使用。

Usage: Weigh 41.5g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, and boil for no more than 2 minutes. Take 1ml of sample solution with appropriate dilution, add it into the center of sterile plate, pour 10-15ml of VRBA cooled to 45±0.5℃ into the plate. Carefully rotate the plate to mix the medium and sample thoroughly. After solidification, 3-4ml VRBA was added to cover the surface of the plate, and the plate was turned over and cultured at 36±1℃ for 18-24 hours. No autoclave required. Preparation time, not more than 3 hours.

Test principle:
Peptone and yeast extract powder provide other nutrients such as carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins, growth factors and coenzymes; Sodium chloride maintains balanced permeability; Lactose is a fermentable carbohydrate that can be used as an energy source. Bile salt No. 3 and crystal violet inhibited the growth of gram-positive bacteria. Neutral red is the indicator; AGAR is a coagulant for medium.

Storage conditions and shelf life:
The dry powder medium is dried and stored at 5-30°C, and its shelf life is three years.
The prepared medium must be dried and stored at 2-8°C.
