香柏油是无色或微黄色略有粘性液体。系蒸馏柏木而得到的芳香油,其中含有油精和柏木脑等成分。在显微镜上使进入油镜的光线增多,视野亮度增强,物象清晰。相对密度0.940~0.950。折光率1.495~1.510
使用方法
直接滴在样本上,在这之前请检查100物镜是不是油镜(就是镜头上有OL的标识),然后100X物镜接入标本,并与香柏油接触,稍微左右前后移动标本,使物镜与标本均匀接触(即使得物镜与标本之间的介质是香柏油而不是空气),然后使用微调精确聚焦。使用完成使用二甲苯清洗镜头,如果没有二甲ben,使用酒精和乙mi(7:3)混合液清洗。
①将光线调至最强程度(聚光器提高,光圈全部开放)。
②转动粗调节器使镜筒上升,滴香柏油或石蜡油1小滴(不要过多,不要涂开)于接物镜正下方标本上。
③转动接物镜转换盘,从低倍镜转至油镜观察标本,使油镜头于镜筒下方。
④俯身镜旁侧面在肉眼的观察下,转动粗调节器使油镜头徐徐下降浸入香柏油内,轻轻接触玻片为止。
⑤慢慢转动粗调节器,使油镜头徐徐上升至见到标本的物象为止。
⑥转动微调节器,使视野物象达到最清晰的程度。
⑦左手徐徐移动推进器,并转动微调节器以观察标本。
【储存条件】:密封阴凉避光保存,长期有效
Cedar is a colorless or yellowish viscous liquid. It is an aromatic oil obtained by distillation of cypress wood, which contains olein and cypress brain and other components. In the microscope, the light entering the oil mirror is increased, the brightness of the field of view is enhanced, and the object image is clear. The relative density is 0.940 ~ 0.950. Refractive index 1.495 ~ 1.510
Usage method
Drop directly on the sample, before this please check that the 100 objective lens is not an oil lens (that is, the lens has an OL identifier), then the 100X objective lens is inserted into the specimen and in contact with the cedar, slightly moving the specimen left and right, back and forth, so that the objective lens and the specimen are in uniform contact (even if the medium between the objective lens and the specimen is cedar rather than air), and then use fine tuning to focus precisely. Use xylene to clean the lens, if no dimethyl ben, use alcohol and ethyl mi (7:3) mixture to clean the lens.
① Adjust the light to the strongest degree (the condenser is raised, the aperture is all open).
② Turn the coarse regulator to raise the lens barrel, and drop 1 small drop of cedar or paraffin oil (not too much, do not spread) on the specimen directly below the lens.
③ Rotate the objective lens transfer plate from the low-power lens to the oil lens to observe the specimen, so that the oil lens is under the lens barrel.
④ Lean over the side of the mirror under the observation of the naked eye, turn the coarse regulator to slowly dip the oil lens into the cedar oil, and gently touch the slide.
⑤ Slowly turn the coarse regulator, so that the oil lens slowly rises until the specimen is seen.
⑥ Turn the micro-regulator to make the visual field image reach the clearest degree.
⑦ Move the propeller slowly with the left hand, and turn the microregulator to observe the specimen.
