检验原理:蛋白胨、牛肉浸粉提供碳氮源及矿物质;乳糖是可发酵的糖类;氯化钠维持均衡的渗透压;溴甲酚紫为pH指示剂,酸性呈黄色,碱性呈紫色。
用法:称取本品23.0g,加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中,分装到有倒立发酵管的试管中,115℃高压灭菌20分钟,备用。

Principle of test: Peptone and beef extract powder provide carbon, nitrogen sources and minerals; lactose is a fermentable sugar; sodium chloride maintains an equilibrium osmotic pressure; bromocresol purple is a pH indicator, showing yellow in acidic conditions and purple in alkaline conditions.
Usage: Weigh out 23.0g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml of distilled water, then distribute it into test tubes with inverted fermentation tubes, and sterilize at 115℃ under high pressure for 20 minutes. Set aside for later use.
