溶液B:番红溶液。
【使用方法】
1. 常规涂片，待干燥后，在火焰上过3次以固定。2. 滴加3-4滴A液于已固定的涂片上。
3. 用木夹夹住载玻片在火焰上加热
4. 待玻片冷却后，倾去染液，水洗至不再褪色为止。
5. 用B液复染1min，水洗至水为无色。
6. 待干燥后,至油镜观察。
【结果判定】：芽孢呈绿色,菌体呈红色。
【注意事项】：加热过程不能使之沸腾，并且不能蒸干。
保存：常温运输与保存，有效期3年
【 Usage method 】
1. Conventional smear, after drying, over the flame 3 times to fix.
2. Add 3-4 drops of liquid A to the fixed smear.
3. Heat the slide with a wooden clamp over the flame
4. After the slide is cooled, pour off the dye and wash it until it no longer fades.
5. Redye with liquid B for 1min and wash until the water is colorless.
6. After drying, observe with oil mirror.
[Result judgment] : The spores were green and the bacteria were red.
[Note] : The heating process can not make it boil, and can not be dried.
Solution A: Malachite green solution.
Solution B: Saffron solution.
